Here it is running next to Windows 10 and here it is themed on Linux Mint Cinnamon with the 'XP Professional' theme! deb (Debian) file and installed Evolus Pencil Project onto Mint. I installed it in Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon running inside Oracle VM VirtualBox. Overall Pencil Project starts-up quickly, is very stable, and is easy to use. This isn't a big problem, it is just a nuisance. You have to locate the application in Windows to launch it under a Standard account. I found after installing the software, it works as it should, however the Pencil Project application adds its start menu and desktop icon entries on the Administrator account but not on the Standard user account. However, if you just after User Interface Prototyping tools, then Evolus Pencil Project offers most of what you need for this.
